Proside celebrates its 10th anniversary sailing

In its 10th anniversary on May 17, 2014, along with partners and some friends, Proside celebrated ten years of information technology development. 

To mark this very important date for the company, and celebrate with many of the leaders who have helped Proside grow, an unforgettable sailing experience was promoted, new to many participants.

The day began with the guests reception made by the commanders Paulo Alves (CEO & Partner) and Vitor Simões (CTO & Partner), where the briefing of the first activities and challenges were presented.

After the first challenge and already in their boats, each participant was assigned a different task on board - Helm, mainsail, reporter, etc.. So that everyone could experience and learn, each one went through the several «jobs» along the journey. Thus, in a relaxed atmosphere, team spirit and interaction between the various participants were promoted.

After a lunch break in Cascais and having the opportunity to recharge batteries and relive past experiences,  a new challenge was made to the 'wolves of the sea': the return was made with full tummies and now with a different spirit of mission - pay attention to the competition, as Proside does every day - ending in a perfect way a magnificent experience and tacking  the boats and «crew» to their originals docks.

In this event, Proside showed that it cares about the people it works for and with whom develops partnerships, and that it's also aware of its competition. It´s the only way to get better every single day.
