Proside Queue Management System has been an asset to strengthening Euromedic Group's image as a solid investor and operator and a reference in healthcare. After such good results, Proside now makes a significant step ahead, by increasing GA's presence in more Euromedic clinics and covering new functionalities and objectives.
This latest investment focuses mainly on an expansion that calls for an integration of the Queue Management System with the Medical Information System, already implemented, and in a centralized architecture (in Data Centre) in order to keep all information on the same server, avoiding data duplication.
Another innovation introduced by Proside in Euromedic Group is the integration with the Citizen Identification Card (ID). If the patient wishes so, he can expedite his attendance by entering his ID at the moment that he requests his queue ticket.
Due to this expansion, Euromedic Group now has its management Information Technology (IT) resources in line with its strategy - consistent and reliable - having as ultimate goal the optimization of a complex process of queue management. With Proside's system, the costumer care service becomes faster, more fluid, efficient, personalized and increasingly closer to Excellency.
