Since 2004, Proside has been implementing its queue management solution, Proximo®, in the most diverse public services all over Portugal and the world.
Proximo® is a queue management solution that focuses on enhancing client services. Through this solution, entities have reached four objectives: client satisfaction, organized and personalized attendance, better communication and quick response service.
Currently, between the Healthcare and Justice sector, Proximo® has been introduced in more than 300 entities. This solution has also been introduced to other business that have become Proside’s partners.
In 2018 alone, there were more then 5 million attendances. Currently, 4.5 million have been attended with an average of 566 039.13 attendees per month. Until de end of the year it is expected to reach 6 million attendances throughout the country.
