Proside presents the most recent updates of Proximo®, the technological platform for queue management. 15 year ago, Proximo@ was develop with the sole purpose of helping the citizens that every time they go to a government or private company to take care of business end up facing long waiting times and lose a day of work.
Proximo® looks to find client/patient behavioral patterns, allowing it to, for example, detect and manage in a timely manner the flows with more affluence of people so that attendance can have a rapid response.
The application allows patients to, for example, do all the necessary payments on the check-in or check-out (depending on the business model), expediting the attending process in a better way.
You can do anything you need, while taking breakfast, even before arriving to the service you require. Some features in Proximo® we highlight are: get a digital number and keep you informed of the queue status, schedule appointments or get a declaration of presence on your way home or to work.
Once the “Follow-me” feature is deployed in big organizations it will become a great support. This feature will help with the citizen circulation flow at large and complex buildings, reduzing the discomfort and uncertainty by giving directions that will lead them straight to the place they need to go with no problem. This is a great advantage.
Proximo® has been deployed on courts all over Portugal, and is present on the largest healthcare units. According to the most recent data, it is serving more that 500k citizens a month.
